    The department possesses engineering specification and technology which makes it possible to manufacture small quantities of experimental prototypes of the developed electromagnetic radiation sources suitable for use in research investigations (radiophysics. Ecology, biology, medicine, materials science, communications, etc).

+ - Oscillation at single or several points of a noted band.

++ - The change range relative to the generation band medium frequency is about 500 GHz.

Oscillator can be manufactured according to customer’s requests.

The manufacture term of the packed oscillator with power source is 6 month.
